BODRUM VILLAS - BOUTIQUE HOTEL CONCEPT

BODRUM - TURKEY
HOSPITALITY

about project

The Bodrum Villas – Boutique Hotel Concept (2011) was developed for one of Turkey’s most exclusive coastal destinations. The masterplan covers a total area of 6,150 sqm, designed to harmonise luxury living with the natural landscape. The development includes three villa typologies (medium, large, and extra-large) and eight hotel strips, anchored by a main building with a restaurant, spa, swimming pool, and gym. The architectural language balances private retreats with vibrant shared spaces, while sketches and layouts emphasise integration with topography, natural light, and open views toward the Aegean Sea. This concept highlights a careful interplay between hospitality and residential design, creating a boutique resort experience rooted in comfort, exclusivity, and landscape sensitivity.
