The Aldar Logistics Park at Jabal Ali Industrial 3 is a large-scale logistics facility developed within Dubai’s National Industries Park. The project is structured in three phases, comprising expansive warehouse buildings with integrated office spaces, docking areas, service blocks, and parking facilities. Phases 1 and 2 are designed as multi-tenant facilities, offering flexible units with removable partitions, while Phase 3 is tailored as a single-tenant warehouse. ​ The design prioritises functionality, flexibility, and cost-efficiency, allowing tenants from sectors such as retail (FMCG), e-commerce, storage, and technology start-ups to benefit from modern logistics infrastructure. Sustainability is a core aspect, with the development targeting LEED Gold certification and compliance with Trakhees EHS Green Building Regulations.
