The Cyprus Day Development in Lefkosia, South Cyprus, was completed in 2009 with a project cost of €5.0m. This masterplan introduced a series of eight terraced properties arranged along stepped plots, balancing density with individuality. The total development covers 4,000 sqm, designed to combine modern residential living with an emphasis on rhythm, proportion, and light. ​ As a Project Architect, responsibilities included close collaboration with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring deadlines were met, and conducting regular site inspections. Coordination extended to meetings with clients regarding materials, interiors, and design modifications, along with managing construction administration tasks such as field reviews, change orders, and presentation follow-ups.
