The scheme comprises a 150 m residential tower alongside a stepped residential block, forming an iconic waterfront presence supported by retail, marina facilities, a beach club, and activated public realm spaces. With a total GFA of approximately 80,000 sqm, the project is envisioned as a key anchor within the island’s masterplan.
