The Hard Rock Café Istanbul project (2011) involved the restoration of a five-storey historical building located on Istiklal Street, one of the busiest and most vibrant areas in the city. The proposal covered a total area of 2,200 sqm, with a project budget of €5.75m.
As Project Manager, responsibilities included conducting a feasibility study, performing on-site measurements (interior and exterior), and producing comprehensive plans, elevations, and sections. The project also required 3D modelling (3ds Max, Revit, AutoCAD) and visualisation studies to support client presentations and decision-making. The aim was to sensitively restore the building’s architectural heritage while adapting it for modern commercial use.
