The Masdar Townhouses project in Abu Dhabi explores a sustainable and contemporary residential typology within Masdar City. The concept features a thoughtfully planned three-level townhouse that integrates biophilic design principles with modern urban living. The layout includes ensuite bedrooms, internal courts, green balconies, and a first-floor garden, ensuring daylight, ventilation, and privacy are balanced throughout the home. ​ The design emphasizes non-repetitive façades for visual diversity, double-height entrances to enhance spatial experience, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections through gardens and courtyards. With an overall area of 78 sqm ground floor, 99 sqm first floor, and 99 sqm roof, the proposal combines efficiency, elegance, and sustainability to reflect Masdar’s eco-conscious identity.
