The Mudon development in Dubailand is a large-scale residential community designed to offer a tranquil yet active lifestyle just minutes from downtown Dubai. Envisioned as a self-contained neighbourhood, it integrates shopping centres, schools, nurseries, a health club, mosques, and parks, creating a vibrant and family-friendly environment. Spanning over 30 million sq. ft., the project accommodates 800+ villas and townhouses, housing more than 4,000 residents. ​ As Project Architect for Phase II (3-bedroom End Type units), responsibilities included the Design Development and Construction Documentation stages. The villas and townhouses range from 2–6 bedrooms, with designs emphasising modern family living, community interaction, and functional layouts. Set within landscaped surroundings, the project strengthens Dubai’s vision for integrated suburban living with accessible amenities and sustainable urban design.
