Located in South Cyprus, this private holiday residence was completed in 2009, with a total area of 770 sqm and a budget of €0.75m. The design responds to the unique topography of the site, creating bold, sculptural volumes that integrate with the surrounding natural landscape. ​ As Project Architect, responsibilities included overseeing site inspections, coordinating with contractors and the client, and adapting construction drawings based on ongoing changes. Collaboration with the owner extended to selecting finishing materials and finalising the interior design, ensuring that the project maintained both architectural integrity and functional quality.
