This private luxury villa, located in Lefkosia, South Cyprus, was designed as a modern retreat with a focus on clean lines and spatial clarity. Developed in 2009, the project encompasses a total built area of 350 sqm with a budget of €0.6m. ​ The design integrates open-plan living spaces with strong indoor–outdoor connections, highlighted by a central swimming pool and landscaped garden. Concept development was carried out using AutoCAD and SketchUp, emphasising minimal geometric forms, natural light, and a strong relationship between private and social areas. ​ The villa’s façade is defined by an interplay of solid and void, creating both privacy and openness, while maintaining a refined contemporary aesthetic.
