This project in Baku, Azerbaijan, comprises a ten-building hotel and spa development featuring a 180-room hotel, luxury villas, guest houses, and extensive spa and medical facilities. The design also integrates multiple indoor and outdoor swimming pools, entertainment spaces, and large landscaped plazas, offering both leisure and wellness-focused experiences. ​ With over 102,500 sqm of program space, the development is designed with reinforced concrete structures built to earthquake standards, complemented by green roofs and sustainable design strategies. Elevated plazas and a carefully integrated landscape design strengthen the connection between the built environment and the surrounding natural setting. ​ Targeting LEED Silver Certification, the project balances luxury hospitality with resilience and environmental responsibility. Its design ensures guest comfort while aligning with international standards of sustainability, material efficiency, and modern architectural excellence.
