The Saadiyat Hotel & Branded Residences project reimagines the Saadiyat Beach Golf Club as a premier lifestyle destination, blending world-class golf with luxury hospitality and residential living. The masterplan introduces a boutique hotel with 52 keys, a premium branded residences component with 25 units, and a state-of-the-art Golf Academy featuring swing studios, putting labs, and advanced training technology. ​ Complementing the leisure offering, the development integrates wellness facilities including a spa, gym, and cigar lounge, alongside fine dining and sunset bar experiences. With direct adjacency to the golf course and panoramic sea views, the design emphasises refined living, exclusivity, and holistic wellbeing. This project elevates Saadiyat Island’s reputation as a hub for luxury hospitality, sport, and lifestyle, while enhancing the iconic Aldar golf community experience.
