SEYRANTEPE TOWERS

ISTANBUL- TURKEY
HIGH-RISE & MIXED-USED DEVELOPMENT

about project

The Seyrantepe Towers in Istanbul, Turkey (2008) is a landmark mixed-use development comprising three towers (50, 36, and 22 floors) with a total built area of 158,000 sqm. The project combines residential, commercial, and cultural functions, supported by office spaces, shops, a fitness club, and landscaped piazzas. As Design Team Leader, responsibilities included developing the concept design, structural and circulation diagrams, interior planning, and coordination with consultants. Contributions also extended to the landscape design and integration of surrounding public areas, ensuring a cohesive and vibrant urban environment. The towers’ bold vertical form establishes a strong presence on the Istanbul skyline, symbolising contemporary urban growth.
