The Tesla Showroom & Service Centre on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, is designed as the emirate’s largest Tesla facility, strengthening the brand’s presence across the UAE. Developed by Aldar Properties with design by GHD, the 5,100 sqm complex contributes to a total GFA of approximately 180,000sqm across all buildings, combines a retail showroom for showcasing Tesla models with a fully equipped service centre featuring reception, lounge, and workshop spaces. ​ Strategically located near major highways and intersections, the project integrates seamlessly into the island’s urban fabric while supporting efficient logistics and customer flow. The architectural design balances modern brand identity with functional planning, ensuring a smooth user experience for both retail and service operations.
