Your Space is a prestigious office building concept located in Istanbul, Turkey (2012), with a total area of 4,700 sqm. The proposal was designed for a prime downtown location, making full use of the site’s allowable floor area while emphasising a contemporary and dynamic architectural identity. ​ As Concept Architect, the design strategy focused on creating distinctive ‘gaps’ in the façade to break up the massing, enhance natural light penetration, and generate a sense of movement. The bold, horizontal bands and sleek glazing produce a lightweight expression that complements the building’s urban setting, reinforcing its role as a prestige project within Istanbul’s commercial landscape.
