The project comprises of 15 number G+10 residential buildings over 2 plots (TA1-2 and TA3-5), each plot having a single basement level with all drop offs and entrance lobbies at ground floor with Mezzanine and Podium levels above. The amenities are spread over ground and podium levels. At ground level significant F&B (beach side) and Retail units are planned. The project utilized a repetition in the architectural development for both plots, however, during its development, Aldar desired to differentiate the architectural design of Plot TA3-5 from that of TA1-2. The documentation of plot TA3-5 was placed on hold after 50% schematic design. The plot TA1-2 development was progressed to 100% schematic design. The project design vision captures the Miami/Gold Coast theme of island living. The combination of angled buildings and distinctive architecture resonates with this theme. Corridors between the buildings provide pedestrian connectivity throughout the TA1-2 development, featuring large landscaped and shaded zones. These corridors allow pedestrians to connect from the south roadway to the promenade and the beach within the plot. The arrival experience at each drop- off point is enhanced, greeting residents and visitors with a visually striking landscape that complements the natural surroundings.
