The Al Ghenaima Phase 2 development in Abu Dhabi is envisioned as a “model” Emirati neighbourhood, designed to deliver high-quality public realm, amenities, integrated transport, and a secure community environment. The masterplan includes 262 villas, offered in two variations: Villa Type A (511 sqm GFA) and Villa Type B (420 sqm GFA). ​ As Design Manager, responsibilities included overseeing design coordination and ensuring compliance with Estidama’s sustainability standards, targeting a 2 Pearl Rating. Beyond individual villas, the scheme incorporates community facilities such as a kindergarten and mosques, to be developed at later stages, reinforcing the project’s vision of a holistic and sustainable residential community.
