With a total GFA of 220,500sqm, the development features 12 contemporary buildings: a mix of luxury hotels, serviced apartments, residential towers, and convenience retail, set against a vibrant backdrop of Yas Island’s key attractions such as Yas Mall, Ferrari World, and Warner Bros. World. ​ The design introduces a refreshing urban park concept, weaving lush landscapes, cycling and jogging tracks, and community pavilions throughout the site. Residents and visitors are offered an immersive living environment with green boulevards, lifestyle nodes, and natural visual corridors that counter the dense urban fabric.
